Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OMNIVIEW ("the Service"), operated via omniview.live. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

OMNIVIEW is a video synchronization platform that allows you to collect, synchronize, and display multi-camera footage from live events. The Service includes:

• Video upload and storage
• Automatic audio/visual synchronization
• An embeddable multi-camera viewer
• Event management dashboard
• API access for integration

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Plans and payments

Free plan

The Free plan includes 1 event, 5 videos, 1 GB storage, and 30 days of hosting. OMNIVIEW branding is displayed on the viewer.

Paid plans

• Pro (€499/event) — 100 videos, 50 GB storage, 12 months hosting
• Business (€999/event) — 500 videos, 250 GB storage, 24 months hosting, white-label
• Enterprise — custom pricing, contact us

Payments are one-time, per event. All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no videos have been uploaded to the event. After videos have been uploaded and synchronized, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@omniview.live.

4. Content and ownership

Your content

You retain full ownership of all videos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant OMNIVIEW a limited license to store, process (synchronize), and display your content as part of the Service.

Fan-uploaded content

When event attendees upload videos via your event's upload link, you (the event organizer) are responsible for:

• Informing attendees that their videos will be collected and displayed
• Obtaining any necessary consent for recording at your event
• Complying with local privacy laws regarding crowd-filmed footage

Prohibited content

You may not upload content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit, violent, or hateful material
• Contains malware or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.

5. Data hosting and expiration

Videos are hosted for the duration specified by your plan. After expiration:

• Videos and associated data are permanently deleted
• The viewer and embed links stop working
• This process is automatic and irreversible

It is your responsibility to download any content you want to keep before your hosting period expires.

6. API usage

API access is provided for integration purposes. You agree to:

• Keep your API keys confidential
• Not exceed reasonable rate limits
• Not use the API to build a competing service

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses caused by temporary unavailability.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for lost data, lost revenue, or indirect damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for the content uploaded by third parties (event attendees)

9. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
